经过长达15个小时的飞行，老师和同学们顺利到达了多伦多皮尔逊国际机场。在多伦多大学夏校主办方的悉心安排下，同学们很快就办理好了入住。

当晚，校方给学生们组织了欢迎仪式，让同学们以轻松愉快的方式认识了他们的未来20天的外国同学以及多伦多大学的辅导员和授课老师等。

During the evening, teachers of University of Toronto organized a series of welcome games in which our students got to know more about their future classmates, counsellors and professors. There are 30 students in total and the rest 20 students are from England, USA, Italy, India, Columbia，Japan and South Korea . The Global Citizenship Program is a Pre-University level course.

On Monday, the Academic Director of International Program，the Assistant Academic Director, Program Instructor and teachers all attended the first class to share the core values of the course to students. And the teachers gave students their expectation and emphasize the rules and regulations. Then all the students were divided into two groups to have their communication class.

每天早上10点到13点，三个小时的英语课，提高学生英语听说读写的能力以及熟悉大学上课的模式，通过分组任务，小组讨论，辩论等等形式训练学生的英语水平。同时，在课堂探讨当今全球社会的热点问题，全球公民应该有哪些素养，如何提出可行性解决方案等。

每天下午14点到17点，课程辅导员们与学生一起通过演讲、游戏、小组讨论等等方式探讨理解全球公民的核心素养。
During the afternoon, there is a 3 hours workshop everyday. The counsellors and students are all together, doing lectures, discussion, games and activities to get deeper into the values of global citizenship.
课余时间，学校组织大家去参观多伦多的各大景点，比如加拿大国家电视塔，加拿大安大略皇家博物馆、海洋世界、尼亚加拉瀑布等等，让学生们更加了解加拿大的自然和人文文化，开拓视野。
During free time, University of Toronto has organized a variety of activities and trips. Students have visited the CN TOWER, the Royal Ontario Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium and Niagara Falls, which aids to help students know more about the culture of Canada.
